Terms, Ethics & Scope of Practice

Last updated: January, 2026

1. Purpose of This Work

The services offered through this website provide intuitive insight, reflection, and perspective for personal growth and decision-making.

Sessions are intended to support clarity, self-awareness, and understanding of patterns — not to predict fixed outcomes or replace personal responsibility.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and decisions before, during, and after any session.

2. Ethical Foundations

This practice is grounded in the following ethical principles:

  • Client autonomy — you retain full agency over your decisions
  • Non-dependency — sessions are not designed to create reliance
  • Transparency — no guarantees, fear-based tactics, or hidden pricing
  • Respect & confidentiality — sessions are private and non-judgmental
  • Boundaries — clear limits on scope, frequency, and subject matter

Intuitive guidance is offered as perspective, not authority.

3. What Sessions Can and Cannot Provide

Sessions MAY include:

  • Insight into emotional, relational, or situational patterns
  • Reflective discussion around life transitions or decision points
  • Intuitive impressions framed as possibilities or themes
  • Supportive, grounded conversation focused on clarity

Sessions DO NOT include:

  • Guaranteed predictions or fixed future outcomes
  • Medical, legal, financial, or investment advice
  • Diagnosis, treatment, or healing of physical or mental conditions
  • Emergency or crisis intervention
  • Instructions on what you “must” do

If you require professional support in any regulated field, please seek a qualified licensed practitioner.

4. Client Responsibility & Readiness

By booking a session, you confirm that:

  • You are emotionally stable enough for reflective conversation
  • You understand that insight offered is interpretive, not directive
  • You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions
  • You are not seeking reassurance for anxiety, obsession, or panic
  • You are not booking as a substitute for professional care

Sessions are collaborative, not authoritative.

5. Health, Legal & Financial Disclaimer

No services offered through this website constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Nothing discussed should be interpreted as:

  • Diagnosis or treatment
  • Legal guidance
  • Financial or investment recommendations

If you have concerns in these areas, consult a licensed professional.

6. Dependency & Repeat Session Policy

This practice actively discourages emotional dependency.

Sessions are not intended to be booked repeatedly for the same question or situation. If patterns of dependency, reassurance-seeking, or emotional instability appear, sessions may be declined or discontinued respectfully.

This boundary exists to protect both client wellbeing and ethical integrity.

7. Consent & Interpretation

Intuitive insight is subjective and interpretive by nature.

By engaging in a session, you acknowledge that:

  • Different practitioners may interpret situations differently
  • Insight does not replace lived experience or discernment
  • You are free to accept, reflect on, or disregard any information shared

No claim is made regarding objective truth or certainty.

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential within ethical and legal limits.

Information may only be disclosed if required by law or if there is a credible risk of harm to self or others.

Sessions may not be recorded or shared without mutual consent.

9. Booking, Payment & Refunds

  • Sessions are prepaid and time-based
  • One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Missed sessions are not refunded
  • No refunds once a session has begun

Clear boundaries allow sessions to remain respectful and focused.

10. Right to Refuse or End Sessions

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or end a session if:

  • The request falls outside ethical or professional boundaries
  • The client seeks prohibited subject matter
  • The interaction becomes inappropriate or unsafe
  • Dependency or distress exceeds the scope of this work

Any such decision will be communicated respectfully.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Ethics.

If this approach does not feel aligned, you are encouraged to seek support that better fits your needs.
